Excellent Spring fishing
Report Date: May 20, 2008
We have had some excellent fishing over the last couple weeks. This is the time of year in South Florida when we catch just about every species that we have to offer. We've caught limits of kingfish up to 25 pounds on every trip. The blackfin tunas have been in the 30 pound classs.

To catch one of these beast on a 20 pound spinning reel is a battle to remember. Excel;lent eating as well. The sailfish have been around in decent numbers catching a couple on nearly every trip. Yesterday we tried some wreck fishing and had great success. Catching a 28 pound cubera snapper, which is one of the strongest fighting snapper I know of.

We added 4 mutton snappers , 2 amberjacks and 2 big dusky sharks. All that wore out Ted, the only angler in the boat. Still great fishing
